Sweet Potato Sundae
Ingredients:
Sweet potato
Yogurt
Walnuts (chopped)
Dark agave nectar (optional)
Method:
Peel the sweet potato and cut into 1 cm slices
Roast the slices until golden brown. Cool.
On every piece place thick Greek style natural yogurt
Sprinkle with walnuts
Place a swirl of Dark Agave Nectar on top to add some natural sweetness
Enjoy!
Note: Sweet potato can be replace with roasted apple or pear
