Banana spread
Now you can make your own preservative-free spread for your morning toast with our super simple recipe!
Ingredients:
1/2 Cup home made cottage cheese (find recipe here)
2 Tbsp sultanas or raisins
1 Tsp flaxseed oil
1 Tbsp ground linseed
1 small banana – mashed
3-4 walnuts – finely chopped
1 tsp honey
Juice of 1/2 a small lemon
Small pinch of salt*If you desire a stronger taste, you can add 1 Tbsp Tahini (Sesame Paste)

Method:
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until well combined
- Store in an airtight container and keep refrigerated
